It's a little difficult to say with just the information you provided... You should feel tired immediately after a good weight-lifting session. But that tiredness should mostly go away after a good meal and couple of hours time. You may have muscle soreness that lasts a couple of days, but you should not feel tired overall.
You also said you do 8 sets per exercise. That's A LOT. How many total sets do you do per week then? If you're doing more than 100 total sets per week (which is about 5 hours spent in the gym per week), then it's probably too much. You can go on short spurts of doing high volume like that, but you shouldn't be doing that much year-round.
So without a little more info from you, I can't definitely say one way or the other, but it's certainly very possible that you are overtraining. If that is the case, then you need to take a week or two completely off from the gym and then come back to a significantly lower volume routine such as any of the ones found here. Doing lower volume means doing fewer sets and NOT using lighter weights. You should continue to use fairly heavy weights so that most of your sets only last for 12 or fewer reps before muscular failure. But to prevent overtraining you should keep the total number of sets to under 100 per week and really average somewhere around 40-70 sets/week over the whole year with high-volume periods followed by low-volume periods followed by medium-volume periods. Hope that helps.
