mike, i kind of have manboobs. when i flex my chest, the lower sticks out alot more, and i can feel more muscle down there then my upper chest. it kind of curves in. i never do decline benches, i usually do 4 sets of inclines after benches, but its not growing much

That's probably as good as it'll get, unless you have a lot of fat in your lower chest. The lower chest will always have more muscle and size (and at least some fat too!) than upper chest, that's just the way your body is. It sounds like your chest training is good. Of course if it's fat (and not muscle) that's making your lower chest big, then you should check out my fat loss article. But if you only have a little fat in lower chest (which everyone does) and the rest is muscle, then this is as good as it gets and I certainly wouldn't consider having a lot of lower chest muscle 'man boobs'.
