Hey Guys! Happy New Year to all of you! Have you heard of "The Blood Type Diet". Apparently, depending on your blood group, your body responds better to certain types of foods. My blood type is O, which apparently means I'm supposed to eat a lot more meat and totally avoid dairy products and grains. Even natural yogurt, lentils and quinoa! And eggs!!! What are your thoughts? It think its just to restrictive to still have a balanced diet?

It's another diet fad that makes money for its authors and does little else. These miracle diets are a dime a dozen and while they are usually better than eating junk food, they're not particularly healthy or effective. Ignore it and stick to your plan!

I think that eating all foods is healthiest way to achiv your goals. To be clear here i dont mean for the junk foods AVOID them as much as you can. All kind of meats, dairy products, eggs etc will be rly good. But some meats like pork should be eaten in really small amounts ofcourse ... but still ... if u eat a small peace of it ... its healthy too :)
