Hey guys, these was my workout today, hope aint that bad as this is my first week...

 

Bench press-80 lbs( with support :S) 8,17,12

Push up(decline) 10,8,6

Incline dumbells 50 lbs 9,10,8

Flies 25 lbs 10,12,10

Pullover 25 lbs 12,10,12

Lying dumbell(donno what is this :D) 20 lbs  10,9,10,9

Pully press 50 lbs 10,12,11

There are two other called parallel bar and bar extensions,donno about their weights thou...

well i am 19, weigh 172 lbs ,5'11 and been working out with weights for some 10 weeks or so and the worst part is bf 21%... coz of my foolish crash diet :@ damn i regret doing that, i used to cardio for like 2 times a day and eat arnd 1300-1500 cals/day... used to weigh around 250 and bf around 46% lol,dropped fat but also much muscles with it :(((

anyways as per i remember

my workout log b4 sm 2-3 months were:

Bench press:55 lbs 3*10-15

Push up(normal):3*10-15

Flies:20 lbs 3*10-15

Inclined dumbell:35 lbs 3*10-15

Pullovers: 15 lbs 3*10-15

Pully press:35 lbs 3*10-15 

I've improved considering how weak i was...
