ok well,this is my first entry and im not sure what  to write...i trained my biceps and chest yesterday and my biceps dont sore like they did last week so im not so happy...it means that i didnt train them as well...im thinking of doing the same workout today so maybe theyll sore tomorrow. ill hit the gym in an hour for some cardio,im also gonna do my abs and back workout...hopefully imma get my abs uncover by april.

Welcome, bgirl, Good to see your blog here! A good starting point might be to describe yourself (age, height. weight, fitness history, goals, etc) as well as your current workout and diet programs. Hopefully I'll be able to suggest some things to help you achieve your goals faster. And keep this blog going -- it's a great tool to keep yourself on track and motivated. Once again, welcome!
