think imma hit the gym on monday(YAY!) and i ll be tryin to gain weight... .

i just dont know how to deal with deadlifts or squats,should i go for heavy weights??

If you had a lower back injury, even a minor one, I would be very careful with lower body exercises like squats or deads for at least a couple of weeks even after all the symptoms are gone. I certainly wouldn't jump right back with heavy weights.

yesterday my back was totally ok,then i went skateboardin with some friends and this morning it feels like its been stretched too much.now im wonderin if its really ok to hit the weights?? cuz i think all the workouts put pressure on your back.sh*t  :(

by the way,im listenin to "all summer long" by kid rock,very cool song
