what is staright armed triceps pushdown?

You use the regular cable tricep pushdown but instead of letting your arms hang and moving your forearms up and down (bending at the elbows), you keep your arms straight and move up and down at the shoulders.  This seems to hit the upper tricep area.  Also, curiously, it seems to hit my upper abs pretty hard, too.
