Chest

Olympic Benchpress - 165 lbs x 4, 2, 2, 2, 2

Olympic Bench press, narrow grip - 135 lbs x 7, 6, 5, 4

Olympic Benchpress, reverse grip - 115 lbs 7, 6, 6, 6

DB Flies - 35 lbs 3x7

I had no strength today.  Is this normal?  Does it happen to anybody else?  Last chest day I did 8 reps on my first set and was shooting for 9 today: 4?  What's up with that?  I thought about lowering the weight after my second set, but decided to man-up and keep the same weight.  Mike, should I have lowered the weight in this situation?

Bad workout happen for any number of reasons (or seemingly no reason at all). I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts becoming a pattern, in which case it's probably time to take a week off and come back with a new program.

it happens 2 me once ina while and pisses me off...no worries i bet you didnt have a good pre workout meal.
