Hey All!
Just thought I would check in and say hi. I'm still working on the challenge and have had some small successes. I broke a 2 month plateau and my new high weight was my old low weight. Ok, it's only a 2 lb. difference, but I'll take every ounce I can get, or is that lose??
Anyway, I do 4 days of weights and abs, 2 cardio and one day off. Maybe I'll start posting my workouts here again.(I've missed you guys!) I was little overloaded with all the material for the challenge but now am almost in a groove. Oh yeah, eating 6 meals a day is exhausting. (not the eating, but the planning!)
