Mike,

   Have muscle, 10-15lbs less,

would look cut!  Tough getting there. 

Fasting am cardio - workout hard

 5x/week - tight with carbs & cals. -

sometimes addtl. cardio after weights

Not sure which of your

generated plans to go for.

Welcome, coffee! If you need a starter plan, fill out http://www.mikesfitness.com/article_fitnessguide.php specifying "Lose Fat" as your goal.

For most people I would not recommend morning cardio without eating first or being overly tight with calories or carbs -- the only real exception is if you are a bodybuilder preparing for the competition. In most other cases you'll do more harm then good with too much calorie restriction. If you can give me more info about yourself (age, gender, height, weight, fitness level) as well as post a detailed diet that you are on, then I'll be able to give more specific advice. Again, welcome!
