Original weight: 205 lbs
Current weight: 187 lbs.
Age: 48
Height: 6'

I know it's been a few months, but I'm down to 187 lbs now, so I'm still making progress. Originally, I thought 180 lbs would be good, but I'm starting to think that maybe 170-175 would be better. Fully dressed, I look pretty good, but I can't seem to get rid of my belly fat.

I weighed around 190-192 for about two months, and no matter what I did, I couldn't get below 190.  In the past two weeks, I've been eating 1/2 the calories that I normally do, and that seems to be making the weight come off again.  I'm not any more hungry than before.  Don't worry, I'm still getting plenty of food, lol.

Same workout: very basic upper/lower body exercises with weights/machines, and running twice a week.

Congratulations on your progress, David! That belly fat is always the last to go unfortunately. If you are comfortable with it, you can definitely afford to drop to 170-175 lbs range -- at your height the recommended weight range is 150-185.
