Hi All! I am 31, 135+lbs, 5'2", mom(of 9 month old baby boy) was never active and trying to loose weight. I was 120+lbs before I was pregnant. I started to follow weight training program( I got from Mike) today. Today: Morning weight: 136lbs Dumbbell Rows,Shrugs, Shoulder Press, Curls - 3X15 each Bodyweight Pushups (on knees) 3X5 (though, I am not sure if I am doing this right) Did not use any weights as Mike suggested(for one week). Coming to my diet, I did change the menu but have not split the 3 meals to 5 meals yet. Hope I will reach my goal with your support soon. |
