One week before I head to Fla for a little golf, good food, and several beverages......finally break away from this brutal Canadian winter. Decided to change my routine a little. Going into fat burning mode, and interval training this week.
W/O Today: Each rep & excercise in the superset one after the other, resting for approx a minute between supersets.
Superset #1 - BB Bench press 55X8, Upright DB Row, 55X8....3 sets of each then rest.
Superset #2 - BB Incline 45X8, Barbell deadlift 135X8....3 sets of each then rest
