i think u jinxed me. my shoulder wasnt so good today either.

bb cleans: 8 sets of 135 x 3

pulldowns, wide grip: 240 x 5, 240 x 4, 240 x 4

stairs, level 12: 6 mins

prone bridge: 3 mins

time for a break. see u in a few weeks
