Hi guys just an update, done legs & abs tonight, Squats 220lbs 2x7, Lunges 110lbs 1x11, Stiff legged deads 253lbs 2x7, Lying legs curls 110lbs 1x7, Standing calf raises 220lbs 2x50, Seated calf raises 132lbs 1x50, Rope Crunches 110lbs 2x7, Sit ups 44lbs 1x30, body weight still at 225lbs, I seem to drop 4lbs really quick, stay on that weight for a week or two then another 4lbs comes off and so on. 40 mins cardio tommorow then Chest, Shoulders and Triceps the following day, talk again soon.

Nice workout, Rusty! Yes, weight loss (or weight gain for that matter) often comes in these fits and starts. It doesn't mean that you don't lose any fat/weight for a week and then all of a sudden lose 4 pounds in one day -- it's just a function of extra water retention in your system and then it getting flushed out finally. If you plot your progress over a long period (weeks and months) then looking at it it will probably appear fairly smooth, though leveling off with time.
