Well, what a way to bring in the new year.  from drunken stupor to a fitness blog.

I'm planning on tracking my diet and weightloss here until I am at the point I am ready to begin a weight lifting program.

I've already been lifting some, but I plan to change things up until I get to my intermediate goal weight of 250 lbs.  I'll post my workout when I get it sorted out.  Currently I am doing a lot of isolation, and I am not convinced thats the best approach.

Unfortunatly, I am not required by law to train my passengers in proper utilization of the door.  However, in the interest of maintaining a friendly household, I will give you remedial lessons in truck door operations while under the influence.  It's the least I could do for you, Tim

I dunno, I'd prefer if you did it sober.  Not that I have any doubts at all in a man that lines his walls with bourbon bottles!
