I am 5'11" tall and 37 years old. I don't have an ultimate goal right now. I am focusing more on incremental goals rather than looking at the large amount in front of me. Eventually, I will set an ultimate goal, but I have to decide what I want to do. If I decide to focus on lifting, then my end goal will be higher than if I don't decide to.
