I am 5'11" tall and 37 years old.

I don't have an ultimate goal right now.  I am focusing more on incremental goals rather than looking at the large amount in front of me.  Eventually, I will set an ultimate goal, but I have to decide what I want to do.  If I decide to focus on lifting, then my end goal will be higher than if I don't decide to.  I have time to figure it out.

My current goal is 275 pounds by 4/19.

Total lost since 10/20/2007 - 53.4 lbs

2/2/2008 - 299.2 (-3.4)

2/9/2008 - 297.6 (-1.6)

2/16/2008 - 298 (+.4)

2/23/2008 - 296.4 (-1.6)

3/1/2008 - 290.4 (-6.0)

3/8/2008 - 290 (-.4)

3/15/2008 - 291 (+1)

3/22/2008 - 288.4 (-2.6)

3/29/2008 - 286.2 (-2.2)

you know,i think losing weight alone isnt a very good goal, you should also do some cardio and weight lifting.my mom used to be over weight(years ago) and she started dieting and working out with a personal trainner, now she looks great and she's always like setting goals(and meeting them)...she cant be compared to some of her friends who are always dieting(and look thin) but are not active and strong cuz they dont want to get their butt to the gym for some serious workout.

Oh you are right.  Right now, I am focused on losing the weight.  I know I need to work out, thats a given.  I'm just pushing it off till later.  I figure about the time I hit 250 (may or june) I'll start my weight lifting again.

The simple fact is I am lazy, and right now losing all these inches are all I care about.
