I didn't lose much this week, but I anticipated it. I drank a lot this week, and didn't eat very well. Sometimes these things happen. I knew what I was doing, and simply ignored it. It's all good though. I love it when a bad week still results in a loss. I had set a goal of 275 lbs by 4/19/2008. I won't be able to reach that now, but I am OK with it. I am still losing, just not as consistently as I would like. In order to gain some consistency in my weight loss, I need to focus myself mentally. Honestly, this isn't surprising, since I have been focused on weight loss since 10/1/2007. After a long period of time, it's not uncommon for attention and dedication to waver a bit. As much as I would like to think I am beyond that, the fact is I am as fallible as the next person. Anyway, enough inane rambling. I hope all of you are having a great weekend.
