Hi Mike

I am 22 yrs old male and my weight is about 173 lbs and height is 5 ft 10 inches

I am working on elliptical trainer 5 days a week from last 2 weeks for 30-45 minutes.

I think my face is too round but until 15 yrs it appeared leaner as of now I am looking good but I want to make it leaner. I also have most fat on my back. Please advice me on making face leaner and reduce my back?

Welcome, Vnimmak! In order to reduce fat on the face and the back you have to lose fat overall. There's absolutely no way to target specific area for fat loss (no matter what the countless infomercials try to tell you) but there is definitely a way to lose overall body fat and therefore the fat in those trouble areas as well.

There are three pillars to losing fat -- good nutrition, good resistance training program, and cardio. In addition you need discipline and patience. Nothing much is going to happen in just two weeks, but over the course of several months to a year you can completely transform yourself. Right now you've just been doing cardio for two weeks -- that's not nearly enough of a complete program or enough time to get good results.

Start be reading http://www.mikesfitness.com/article_howtolosefat.php then http://www.mikesfitness.com/article_weighttraining.php then http://www.mikesfitness.com/article_nutrition.php . Make sure you really understand them well, reread a couple of times if necessary. They will give you the knowledge needed to put together a good program for yourself. You can also use http://www.mikesfitness.com/article_fitnessguide.php to get a sample starter program which you can then customize for yourself.

So it'll take you a few hours to digest all this information, but believe me it'll be some of the best time investment you can make. After you've read and understood these articles, come up with a nutrition and exercise plan for yourself, post it in a new blog entry and I'll offer advice on what to change/improve. After that just stick with the program and you will achieve the results you are looking for. Good luck!
