Anywhere between 130 and 175 pounds is considered healthy weight range for your height, so you can target any number in between those two, depending on how skinny you want to be. Keep in mind that looking "good" is only loosely related to weight. Two people can be exact same weight but look completely different because one has low body fat percentage and the other one high.

For your workout, here's a simple and very effective workout routine: push-pull 2x/week -- four times a week, alternating so-called "push" and "pull" days. The "push" exercises involve pushing the weight up or away from you, while "pull" exericses, similarly, involve pulling the weight up or towards you. Keep in mind this is just one of great many perfectly good programs. There is no single perfect program, but there are many equally good ones and this is just one of them.

Also, if you haven't already, please make sure to read and really understand the articles I linked in my comment to your last blog entry. Especially the nutrition article is very important if right now you just eat what you feel like or just eat "little". Proper nutrition is not obvious but my article explains exactly what and how much to eat. If you don't follow a good nutrition plan you will find your progress MUCH slower than it should be. So please read those articles and post any questions you might have about them here and I'll do my best to answer.
