A: You may want to rethink your approach a little bit. Your current weight is perfectly healthy for your height. More importantly, there's very good chance you are still growing in height and losing weight at this point could very well prevent you from achieving your full height potential. Every inch you grow in height is the same as losing 5 pounds! When your growth definitely stops (probably after age of 16) then you can decide whether you want to lose a few pounds, but I would advise against doing it just yet especially since you are in great shape already.
