15 Year Old Has Man Boobs, Tummy, Love Handles

Q: I am 15 im 5 11 240 pounds, i play football, basketball, baseball, and i am pretty good,i even lift and sometimes run, i have man boobs, a tummy, love handles, i need some help what do i do?
