I have fat under the top of my arm, on my stomach, on my thighs and i have manboobs. i do eat as healthily as i can but i dont like vegetables. also i have just begun drinking 8 glasses of water everyday. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?!?!

A: The biggest problem, as you may have guessed, is your diet. It's tough to achieve good health or high fitness level without some sort of veggies or another. They're the best sources for many vitamins and minerals and are also just about the perfect carb source for fat loss. Read the first 'Principles' part of my Nutrition article to learn how to eat right. Then you gonna have to suck up your dislikes of veggies and find some that you can actually eat. Focus on green stuff like broccoli, spinach, lettuce, green beans, etc. Structure meals around them -- chicken salad with olive oil, broccoli and brown rice with salmon, etc.

For your training you're already get a ton of cardio exercise with basketball which is great. For your weight training, read this article and restructure your program accordingly. Instead of doing many (15 or more) reps in a set with light weights, increase weights so you can't do more than 10-12 reps and then push yourself nearly to the limit (don't push 100% to the limit because a serious injury at your age can mess up your growth. At the very least, have an adult supervise you when training especially hard). Introduce more exercises for all the muscle groups -- right now you don't do any back or bicep work which can be fixed with pullups or bent-over rows. The weight training article has many program suggestions.
