225 Pound Male, Poor Eating
Q: Person from Q 1228- I'm 15, 225 lbs, male, not too good physical condition, some physical activity (swimming every day of the week Mon- Friday 20 mins a day at school) large dinner, poor eating(nothing to lie about) I hope you can answer my questikon better now :) Thanx
A: That definitely sounds like a diet problem (which I think even you realize), but again I need more detail about exactly what your breakfast, lunch, and large dinner are in as much detail as possible. Take a look at the first section of my Nutrition article to learn what foods to eat and what to avoid (don't worry about the rest of it so much about how much to eat -- just focus on learning what foods are good for you and what bad for you). Again, if you give me a detailed breakdown of your meals then I'll be able to give more detailed advice.
