Q: im 5 ft 5 and i weigh 200 pounds and i ot man boobs is there any way i can loose them buy doing incline and decline and regular pushups because i dont have weights or anything like that what about jump roping does that help hem go away
A: Pushups and jumping rope will help to some extent, but the manboobs won't go away just from that.
