Q: Hey Mike, reply to 580, this is a semi-final draft. Meal 1: 1 egg, egg white, orange, whey protein Meal 2: Turkey sammich w/7 slices of turkey, pickles,swiss, lettuce, and a little mayo meal 3: still problems, i dont want to have eggs again, because i worry that ill get sick of them to quickly, and then my breakfast will change to, turkey i dont want again because 7 slices twice a day will rid my turkey very quickly and i dont want to havem y parents runnin out every other night for food. meal 4 (preworkout): chicken, veggies , 1 cup skim milk - workout (~45-1 hr after meal 4) Meal 5: steak, different veggies, whey protein
1. i also take creatine, bout 7g/day, which meal(s) should i take this with?

A: You're welcome! Add another piece of fruit to breakfast. For Meal 3, could still do a sandwich but with tuna (canned) instead of turkey? Or could do repeat of breakfast with an extra scoop of whey instead of egg/egg whites? If you eat cottage cheese, then 1-1.5 cups of cottage cheese with strawberries? You'll need to figure out something there.
