Better To Work Out In Morning Or Evening

Q: Is it better to work out in the morning rather than in the evening? I have heard that working out in the morning burns more calories as it raises your metabolism all day rather than just a few hours at night. Can you shed some light on this. thank you!

A: You should work out at the time when you feel most energy and which fits best into your schedule. For some people its the morning, for some the evening. But there's definitely no reason to force yourself to work out in the morning if you'd rather do it in the evening.
