Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred

I made it through day one week one of JM's 30 day shred workout. I made it 3/4 of the way through before I started to truly hate that woman.
The big issue is not my "body" or my lungs, it's my feet. I can't take the stress on my feet right now. I am more than happy to suffer the usual pain involved in a workout, but I am terribly afraid that I have a serious injury on my right foot - whether in the ligament or tendon....they are so many possibilities. My left foot has already been messed up for a long time, and my orthotics are doing nothing for me right now - other than simply allowing me to walk with a limp. Everything else seems out of the question.
