Cycling Or Soccer For Leg Exercise

Q: hi mike , i have been reading some questions and i saw that you said cycling is a good form of exercise that focus on the legs so is can i ask you which sport is better , cycling or playing soccer for 1 ++ hours ?

A: It's a choice between two perfectly good sports. If I absolutely had to choose one, I'd choose soccer because it naturally mixes low-intensity long-duration bouts with short intense sprints, so you get a more complete lower-body workout. But you can accomplish the same with cycling by doing some all-out sprints (if it is safe of course!). So really it's up to you -- do the the one you enjoy more or just do both.
