Diets And Exercise Always Seem To Fail
Q: HI MIKE, i am 16 years old. and a girl. i am nearly 11 stone. all my friends are always in short ans skiny tops but with my big thighs and belly i find it hard to were. i have tried diets and excersing but always seem to fail. any tips... thans... jenny xxx
A: You need to have a good program and you need to be disciplined and stick with it. It will take longer than a week or two.
