Q: Does the '2-4 Days/Week No-Equipment Program' REALLY work?

A: Yes, it really works. No, it's not appropriate program for somebody who is already in good shape and has been weight training for awhile. And no, it won't give you as good results as you could achieve in the gym. But for somebody starting out in not such a great shape, somebody who cannot get any equipment (besides a chinup bar), or somebody who simply does not want to join the gym this program gives a very reasonable alternative.
