Doing Bench Presses For Manboobs

Q: I have manboobs and I've done bench presses for at least 10 min. a day and I seem to only lose the fat that's around my manboobs. What can I do about this?

A: Doing bench presses will build up your chest which will hide the fat on it a little better and it will provide some overall fat-burning benefit (which is how you'll actually lose the man boobs), but chest presses alone work maybe 20% of your muscles.
