Don't Have Much Workout Equipment

Q: Mike, the only workout methods i have are push-ups, a few 5-10 pound dumbells and a treadmill...so i really don't have much work-out equipment...is there any way i can make use with what i have?

A: Check out my no-equipment program. All you'd need to get is a chinup bar (see my product recommendations near the top) for that. There are a lot more exercises than just pushups that you can do with just your bodyweight! If you also get some heavier dumbbells, you could follow my dumbbell-only program. To get the maximum use out of dumbbells you want to get them heavy enough that you can only do any given exercise 12 times (reps) or so before needing a rest. Otherwise you might as well just stick with bodyweight-only exercises.
