Q: hi mike im confused , normally people who has double chin are fat but when i see soccer players like cristiano ronaldo or anyother soccer players, they seem to have muscle below the chin area which looks like double chin when you look infront whats the cause of this ?

A: I'm honestly not sure what you referring to. In general if you look REALLY closely at somebody you can spot small fat deposits under the chin even on very fit people. Our bodies store fat all over and some areas, like under the chin, get more than usual. It's especially noticeable if the person lowers his or her chin to the chest which forms skin folds.
