Fat Or Muscle Between Thighs

Q: Inbetween the thighs, how can you tell if it's fat or just muscle? If it's fat, how can I burn it off? Thanks.

A: If you are not sure which it is, it's probably fat. To find out for sure, tense your leg muscles and see how much of soft jiggly tissue is over the tensed muscles. All that soft tissue is fat.
