A: For just two weeks time, all you need is slightly reduce portion sizes of your regular meals, don't eat any junk food or sweets (ALWAYS a good idea), and do some running every other day. If you'd like, you can also start on weight training but two weeks is not enough for weight training to make much of an impact.
