Have Fat On Face
Q: Hi mike I'm 22 and my weight is 178 lbs. My face appears to be very big which means I have fat on face. Also, I want to decrease weight of my body along with face. Currently I am doing threadmills 4 days a week Can u suggest better ways to decrease my weight and wats my ideal weight?
A: Yes, please start by reading this and following the instructions in it (it will give you the basics and tell you to read a diet and weight training articles before using the Fitness Guide to put together a complete program). Treadmills and cardio in general are good for your health and certainly should be a part of a good fat-loss program, but by itself it is not at all the most effective way to lose fat and keep it off.
