A: There's no single right answer to this. It's entirely up to you. The fewer cheat meals and the stricter you stick to your diet plan, the better your results will be. In all likelihood getting 5% of your calories from junk food will not be noticeable at all. Assuming you eat 5-6 meals daily, that works out to 1-2 cheat meals per week (a cheat meal is usually bigger in calories than regular meals).

But most people will be able to make great progress with more cheat meals than that. An average person gets more than half of his or her daily calories from junk or borderline junk foods, so if you can cut that down to only 20% of your calories from junk, that's still way better than the average person. Ultimately it's completely up to you how strictly you stick to your plan.
