A: Half of your fat loss success will come from having a good diet. Please read my Nutrition article to learn how to structure your diet. For the other half, you can always follow programs like this or this that require little or no equipment. You can also do some conventional cardio and/or HIIT (which is explained in the bottom half of this article). It's very possible to lose weight effectively without any special exercise equipment, especially if you're just beginning. As you progress, you will hopeuflly develop good motivation to continue and then perhaps you can get a gym membership which will be very helpful when you move past beginner and into intermediate and advanced stages.
