Is 3 Rest Days Too Much On A Bulk

Q: Mike, sorry for another question, but in 591 i posted my workout sched, is 3 rest days a week to much if im trying to bulk? im trying to rewrite a schedule so i have chest/triceps on the weekend when i have more energy, and it just seems like im getting to many rest days

A: 3 rest days a week is perfectly fine, don't worry about it. Remember that the actual growth happens outside the gym, not in the gym. You have to give your body time to recover and grow. 3 rest days is good.
