Is Cycling 2-3 Hours A Day Bad

Q: hi mike im the guy from 1522 , ive been reading your articles and i think i read one part where you say doing too much cardio is bad , well cycle 2-3 hours a day is bad ? im confused

A: Doing a lot of cardio like that is not the most effective way to lose fat (I recommend only moderate cardio but with intense weight training), but it is good for your health and if you enjoy doing it anyway then by all means stick with it -- it is still far better than not doing anything :) If you are not looking to lose fat, then simply eat enough to maintain your weight and enjoy the cycling. And in either case, try to supplement your cardio with weight training.
