Large Nipples That Look Like Man Boobs

Q: I know this is kind of a wierd question but i hope u can help me ,i have pecs but i also have what i guess u could call you could call big nipples that stick out farther than my pecs that show threw my shirt or sometimes in the sun which kinda makes me look like i have man boobs.Which i really dont have at all,i am actually decently especailly for my age and also have some pretty nice pecs , but my nipples give the appearence that i have man boobs in alot of shirts and also in the sun.It sucks,i cant buy alot of the shirts i want unless i want people to think i have man boobs.What should I do!!??

A: It's hard to answer questions like that without seeing what you are talking about. First, you should keep in mind that if you wear tight shirts then it's pretty common for the outline of nipples to show through. If it happens to you more than to other guys, I'd guess there's two possibilities: either you really just have large nipples that stick out or you actually do have some degree of "man boobs". If it's the former and you have large nipples or nipples that stick out a lot, then I'm afraid I won't be of any help. You might want to check if there is some kind of cosmetic surgery for such a condition, but this is way out of my area of expertise.

On the other hand it is possible that you do have some "man boobs". Chest area commonly carries some amount of fat in a lot of guys, even ones in good shape. This is just one of those areas on our bodies that like to store fat. So you might be overly self-conscious about this common condition. But if you are really overweight or don't mind losing a few pounds, then it would also help reduce the "man boob" condition to some degree. In this case, start by reading my How To Lose Fat article and note a paragraph in there about prioritizing chest exercises like the bench press to help fill out the pectoral muscles which would hide the appearance of chest fat to some degree. Just don't do only chest exercises by themselves. Your top priority should be reducing overall body fat which is most effectively accomplished by heavy exercise to all the major muscle groups in your body, so make sure to include leg and back exercises too.
