Last Meal Is Only Protein Shake

Q: Mike one bodybuilder at his site was saying that his last meal is only protein shake(one hour before he goes to sleep at night)and no carbs and all cause these could be stored as fat.Should we eat only protein before going to bed and no carbs and all(even healthy ones?)What is your opinion at this?

A: I strongly believe in getting some healthy carbs in every meal. Stuff like spinach or salad greens will never ever make you gain fat, in any amount and they're a perfectly 'safe' and very healthy carb choice for evening meals.
