Eat A Little Bit Of Fat

Q: If I eat a little bit of fat in my diet will my weight stay the same?

A: A little bit of fat is not only acceptable but should be a part of everybody's diet! Fat is not bad (and carbs are not bad, for that matter). What is bad is processed junk food. If your fat comes from healthy sources like olive oil or fatty fish or eggs or dry-roasted seeds and nuts, then you are doing great. And you need to avoid the fat that comes from fried or processed foods.

How Many Times A Day Should I Eat

Q: how many times a day should i eat and howoften and what can give an idea

A: Ideally, you want to eat 5 times a day or more, spread out evenly through the day, from when you get up to right before bed. Want To Lose 15 Pounds, But No Place To Run And No Equipment

Q: Hi Mike, my name is Joseph. I am 15 and I want to lose some weight (about 15 pounds) maybe a little more if possible. The problem is I have no place to run especially during the colder part of the year, and I have no weights, and im sure you know that equiptment can cost alot.
