Lost 85 Pounds With Weight Watchers

Q: i go to weight watchers and have lost 85 pounds. i exercise 5 times a week, 3 x 10 miles on a bike outside and 2 whole body weight workouts at the gym. If I go to my weigh in at ww after a weight training session will it show as a gain on the scale?

A: Skipping might help with speed and explosiveness but probably won't help much with agility. For agility, I would recommend cone drills, both with and without the ball. Unfortunately it's a pretty involved subject and I don't have any agility-specific articles on my site, but here's one site with good basic drills: here.

How Is It Possible For Body To Store So Much Fat

Q: I've been wondering -ten percent or less body fat is what is required to see the 'six pack'. I worked out that if i weigh 175 pounds [12 and half stone] and I have 10 percent body fat that is about 18 pounds of fat or almost 40 kilogram (40 bags of sugar). How is it possible to be that lean and your body to store so much fat. Where does it store that fat - as men store most of their fat on their torso (belly fat) - is the fat stored internally between your organs. Thanks in advance!

Is Whey Good Source Of Protein

Q: are protein vitimains like whey a good source of protein??

A: Whey powder is not a vitamin, but, yes, it's a very good source of protein. Just as with fats and carbs, ideally you want to get your protein from a variety of 'real' foods -- meats, fish, poultry, dairy, legumes, nuts and seeds, whole grains, and veggies. But if you are having difficulty getting enough protein from these sources whey powder is an excellent supplement. You may want to check out my Protein Supplements article.
