Want Bikini Body, 20 Lbs To Lose

Q: Hi Mike! Alright, here's the scope. Im 26, female and over the past few years Ive lost quite a lot of weight, and not in a healthy way (hello stress!). Im now at a point where its a new year, I want a hot bikini body for summer.. and I have only 20lbs to lose to hit my goal weight of 140lbs. I carry most of my weight in my mid section and thighs.. and lord knows its insanely hard to lose that muffin top.. HELP ME!!!! Im willing to do what it takes and now that i got the good word from my cardiologist that the hole in my heart has closed... Im ready to take some serious action!!!

How Long To Rest Between Sets

A: The amount of rest between sets typically varies between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. Some programs want you to keep up cardio-like pace and will prescribe very short rests and others, especially ones aimed at developing maximum strength, will prescribe long rests, sometimes up to 5 minutes, to make sure you are fresh for every set.

Does Poundage Include Weight Of The Bar

Q: Hello Mike, there's a section on the website which asks you to put in your one rep. max. and from this, you can calculate reps etc you need. My question is, does the one rep poundage you should select include weight of the bar as well?
