Need Flat Stomach, Don't Want To Lose Weight

Q: i'm 25 year old and have not bulky body just a normal body type but have fat in abdominal which looks ugly.
what could i do for my abdominal fat? i have daily workout routine from last month and take very small amount of meal just drink lots of water but could not see any result i don't want to lose weight. i just need a flat stomach. what could i do? please suggest thanks

Vegetarian, 43 Inch Waist

Q: Dear Mike, I am 19 years old and I weigh around 85 kg my height is 173 meters. Also my waist size is 43” I am very depressed about my over weight I can’t even do push-ups. Please guide me what should I do to build up my body through a vegetarian diet. Waiting for your reply.

A: Sorry to hear about your troubles. Good news is that you are not badly overweight and are still at the age when your body can relatively easily shed unwanted fat and build new muscle.

Underweight At 48 Kgs

Q: Dear Mike,

I am 18 years of age, and 170cm tall. I am currently underweight at 48kgs.
I would like to gain some weight, but dont want to gain fat, I want to gain lean muscle
Could you please advise me on what type, and how much exercise I should be doing?
I really also need a diet plan of what to eat.
