Loose Skin Or Fat
Q: After losing 25 kilos, i have observed that the area near my belly and near my chest jiggles and moves when i move around shirtless. I am at 11% bodyfat, is that moving around area loose skin or fat?
A: It's almost certainly fat. 25 kilograms is a lot to lose in a single go. Our bodies only very rarely are able to make most of that weight loss exclusively in fat. Usually what happens is as your body loses more and more weight and gets into better and better shape it also starts to hang on to whatever fat remains. For guys belly and chest fat are the last two to go and that's most likely what you are experiencing.
It's also very possible that the 11% body fat measure may have been wrong. Most body fat measurement methods are simply not that accurate. The only two that truly are accurate -- X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) and hydrostatic testing -- are fairly expensive and can only be done in appropriately equipped labs. All other measures, such as using handheld bioimpedance devices, scales, or calipers, are only accurate within several percentage points. So your 11% body fat (which is quite lean and should not leave much room for juggling fat) may actually be 13% or 14%.
In whatever case, what you are seeing is most likely body fat and the way you should go about losing it is via a slow clean bulk followed by a cut, as I described in my last reply to you: http://www.mikesfitness.com/content/lost-45-pounds-still-have-belly
