A: 2 weeks is not enough time for significant quality fat loss that makes sure that the fat STAYS OFF! It's very easy to go on a crash diet and lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks but it's one of the worst things you can do, both health-wise and fatloss-wise. Such rapid weight loss results in losing more muscle than fat and losing muscle in turn results in gaining fat and weight later on.
