Lost 90 Pounds, Legs Ache
Q: i lost 90 lbs in one year and my legs ache 20 times more than when i was heavier any suggestions
A: Congratulations on your weight loss, but your question is a tough one for me to answer. The only 'good pain' is the muscle soreness that often appears 24 hours after a workout and lasts for a day or two (aka DOMS). 90 pounds in one year is a lot of weight to lose for anyone and is a more dramatic weight loss than I would recommend. You may have lost a lot of bone mass, muscle mass, and/or connective tissue material (weakened ligaments and tendons). Any of those can potentially lead to medical problems, so you should talk to your doctor about it. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but this is something for a medical doctor to diagnose and treat.
